Carlos "Charlie" Soto, Born in Chicago, Illinois. Studied at Devry University.
Charlie is an accomplished artist in several different art styles with over 25 years experience. He ventured into tattooing in 1996, taking after his Mom who's Certified in Permanent makeup tattooing, using her equipment he started practicing on his x-girl friend and friends, he quickly started covering styles from lining, black and color tattoos. He opened up his first shop in 2000 where he enhanced into realism, black and grey, and color animated. He took a break to get his real estate license in 2007.
He then merged into tattooing again in 2011, but in 2012 his triplets were born, and had to dedicate all his time in being a full time parent until they were a bit older. He opened up a tattoo supply store in 2016, where he was invited by a shop owner to work with him and started tattooing again, he got updated in more techniques in tattooing and decided to open up his current shop Third Eye Tattoo Chicago in 2017. Charlie currently manages his time doing real estate and tattooing while he manages the shop as well. He is serious when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and making sure his clients are alway satisfied.
His days at the shop are by appointment only:
