Carlos "Charlie" Soto, Born in Chicago, Illinois. Studied at Devry University.
Charlie is an accomplished award winning artist and specialized in several different art styles with over 29 years experience. He ventured into tattooing in 1996, taking after his mother who's Certified in Permanent makeup tattooing, using her equipment he started practicing on his friends. He quickly started covering styles from fine line, black and grey, realism and color tattoos. He opened up his first shop in 2000 where he also invested his time in learning how to do piercings.
In 2016 he was invited to join a tattoo shop, Sick Life, where he worked under a local well known artist, Tucan. After learning more techniques he decided to open up his current shop, Third Eye Tattoo Chicago, in 2017. Charlie currently manages his time doing real estate and tattooing while managing the shop as well. He is serious when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and making sure his clients are always satisfied.
